Directions to “La Goudrelle” are available on the website at www.goudrelle.com/en/goudrelle-Driving-Directions.html
DETAILS: Meet in the “La Goudrelle” (free) parking lot at 8:30 am. “La Goudrelle” owns land, including a series of walking trails, behind their restaurant, leading up to the mountain summit. Our walk will begin at 9 am, returning to the parking lot at 11:30 am. If you are unable to participate in the walk you are still welcome to join us for the lunch by meeting us in the parking lot at 11:30 am. Note that the hike is on groomed trails but it is an uphill climb to the summit. Footing can be tricky, depending on weather conditions, so appropriate footwear is recommended.
Our lunch reservation is at Noon. Fees will be collected prior to entering the restaurant. Individual invoices are not available for large groups. Please have exact cash available, if possible. Should we surpass 30 people the group rate will be confirmed prior to the event.
Lunch is buffet-style, served at your table, consisting of traditional “cabane à sucre” specialties: hot rolls, French creton, hors d’œuvres, coleslaw, pea soup, regular and smoked ham, maple sausage, traditional omelette, bacon rinds, roast potatoes, homemade baked beans, pancakes, maple sugar tarts, homemade donuts, pure maple syrup, tea, coffee or milk. Beer, wine and spirits are available from the cash bar.
